The CAP Green Team is dedicated to promoting environmental sustainability and empowering young people through meaningful employment opportunities. We believe in creating a positive impact on our communities by addressing environmental challenges and fostering a culture of environmental stewardship.
What We Do
- Community Beautification: We revitalise public spaces, parks, and green areas, enhancing the aesthetic appeal of our neighbourhoods.
- Waste Management: We promote waste reduction, recycling, and proper disposal practices.
- Green Infrastructure: We implement sustainable infrastructure solutions, such as rain gardens and green roofs, to improve environmental resilience.
- Environmental Education: We educate and raise awareness about environmental issues and sustainable practices.

The Power of Environmental Design
A well-maintained and clean environment sends a powerful message to potential criminals. Studies have shown that a neglected and dirty area can be a breeding ground for crime. By contrast, a clean and well-maintained environment signals that the community is vigilant and proactive in addressing safety concerns.
Our Focus Areas
- Parks: We maintain and beautify public parks, ensuring they are safe and enjoyable spaces for residents.
- Road Islands: We keep road islands clean and well-maintained to improve traffic flow and safety.
- Pavements and Road Verges: We remove litter, debris, and overgrown vegetation from pavements and road verges.
- Public Spaces: We enhance the appearance and functionality of public spaces, such as plazas and squares.
- Tree Pruning: We ensure that trees are properly pruned to maintain their health and safety.
- Road Name Painting: We keep road names visible and legible to improve navigation.
- Waste Management: We report building and household rubble to the relevant authorities for proper disposal.
